Mechanism

Mometasone Furoate
Inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators such as histamine, cytokines, and leukotrienes. It reduces infiltration of inflammatory cells and decreases edema of the nasal mucosa, thereby improving airflow and relieving allergic symptoms.
